Brampton rapper Spitty teased his audience by including a bonus song on the official cover art for Flight YYZ, but did not actually include it on the mixtape. Just under a month after the successful release of his first full length project, and also on the same day as his birthday, Spitty released the song: Freestyle 14 / Solitude, produced by J Dilla. Actually 2 songs in 1, the record begins with upbeat production, courtesy of the late J Dilla. Freestyle 14 was created by rapping over the beat 14 times, each time different and complete off the top, and then selecting the best one and using that in the final mix. Solitude brings a much darker and more sombre sound, over which Spitty drops a lengthy yet powerful verse, tackling issues of suicide, depression, gambling and more. Expect visuals for several songs on Flight YYZ to release in the near future.
